Vendor Information for the Children's Fair
The booths in the rotunda areas - upstairs and downstairs - of the Balloon Museum.
For a layout and your booth location - click here and you can see the Balloon Museum layout.
Here's what you're getting:
2 6' rectangular tables - no table cloths; and
2 chairs (but let us know if you need more)
You can't hang signs up on the walls of the Museum - sorry, but you can hang signs on the tables.
Electricity is an issue inside. There are several outlets, but some booths aren't close to power. If you have to have power, please let me know and I'll see what I can do to move you to a spot. Bring extension cords!
A stage is going to be on each level of the rotundas in the Museum, with a reading area on the second floor rotunda as well.
If there are any other questions, please email or give me a call - I want to make sure we get you answers so you can relax and have fun on the weekend.
Parking
There's plenty of parking at the Balloon Museum - free parking, so park where ever you like.
The only place to come into the Museum is through the front doors. If you need help bringing things in - we'll be there to help.
You can come in on Saturday 8 a.m. If you need more time, you can come and get set up on Friday up until 5 p.m. But let me know if you'd like to do that and I'll be there to help.
Vendors get into the Museum for free, just tell the people at the Museum entrance that you're performing and they'll let you in.
